Clases de Verano - Summer Classes

Hola! Este dia les quiero contar sobre mis studios, talvez ustedes ya saben que ahorita es el verano por lo cual son las vacaciones aqui, pero en mi programa no tenemos vacaciones solo a veces descansos. Pues estaba tomando Botanica, Computacion y esta semana empeze a tomar Fotografía aérea, GPS y la otra semana empiezo Literatura. Me gusta las classes que tomo aqui, espero que me ayuden en algo en Guatemala. Les quiero decir que Dios me ha estado ayudando en las clases porque son en ingles…Dios ha sido como mi traductor y el me ha puesto el ingles en mi lengua, es increible como me ha apoyado por eso creo que Dios tiene un plan para mi.

No se si ustedes saben pero a mi siempre ha gustado estudiar plantas, no se como servir a Dios estudiando la Naturaleza. A veces me preocupo sobre lo que voy hacer en Guatemala pero he aprendido como a vivir un Dia a la vez, yo se que nosotros nos preocupamos por el siguiente dia. Yo se amigos que tenemos Buenos properidad y escasez, Ahorita muchas familias en los Estados Unidos han estado teniendo tiempo de escazes, siempre demosle gracias a Dios por lo unico que tenemos o hemos hecho.

Los animo que confiemos en Dios, el nos ha prometido su Reino, en San Mateo 7:7 dice Pedid y se os dara; buscad y hallareis; llamad y se os abrira porque todo quell que pide, recibe; y el que busca, halla, y al que llama, se le abrira. Cada dia aprendo algo aqui…a veces se me es dificil retener mucha informacion.

Bueno amigos… tengo tarea que hacer hoy. Dios me los bendiga y muchas gracias por estar leyendo mi blog.

IN ENGLISH

Hi!! This day I want to tell you about my studies, maybe you know that now it’s summer therefore these months are vacations here, but in my program we don’t have vacations just sometimes we have breaks. I was taking Botanic, Computing and this week I started to take Aerial Photo, GPS and next week I’m gonna start Writing. I like my classes that I’m taking here , I hope those classes would help me in something in Guatemala. I wanna tell you that God has been helping in the classes because they in English ….God has been as my translator and he has put the English in my tongue, it’s incredible how he’s supported me therefore I believe God has a plan for me.

I don’t know if you guys know but I’ve always hooked into plants, I don’t know how I’m gonna serve God studying Natural Resources. Sometimes I’m very concern about what I’m gonna do in Guatemala but I’ve learned how to live one day at a time, I know we concern about tomorrow . I know my friends that sometimes we have prosperity and shortage. Right now many families in the USA have been having time of shortage, always let us give thanks to the Lord for whatever we have or have done.

I encourage you to trust in The Lord, he has promised his reign, in Matthew 7:7 says Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and It shall be opened unto you: for everyone that asketh reiveth, and he that seeketh, findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened . Every day I learned something here…and sometimes it’s even difficult to retain a lot of information.

Apartamento - Apt

Hola amigos... mucho tiempo de no escribir. Espero que todos ustedes se encuentre bien y pues viviendo un dia a la vez. Ultimamente he estado aprendiendo a vivir un dia a la vez, en mi apartamento tengo muchos desafios que poco a poco vamos triunfando. Pues como ustedes ya saben ahora tengo mas responsabiblidades (hahah), pues ultimamente he estado aprendiendo a cocinar y ya casi me falta poco para ser un buen cocinero..son mentiras. He estado cocinando lo que solia mi mama cocinar cuando estaba alli, no se pero es como que uno no deja la comidad con que fui crecido, de vez en cuando hago comida americana, como Hamburgers, Sloppy Joes y mas.

Pues para llevar comida a mi colegio tengo que cocinar a veces un dia antes para llevar almuerzo al otro dia, trato de cocinar comida saludable y si que me gusta cocinar, pero no me gusta algo de cocina es que se lleva mucho tiempo para cocinar y para comerla no es asi. (Hahahah). Bueno amigos les pido mucho que oren por mi para que todo me salga bien.

Hi my friends...long time not write. I hope you guys are doing ok and so living one day at the time. Lately I’ve been learning one day at the time, in my apartment I have a lots of challenges that little by little we overcome them. As you know now I have a lot of responsibilities (haha), lately I’ve been cooking and I’m almost a chef..just kidding. I’ve been cooking what my mom used to cook when I was down there, i don't know, but it seems like one never gets tired of the good I grew up with, sometimes I cook American food such as Hamburgers, Sloppy Joes and so on.

So in order to bring food to my college I have to cook sometimes a day before, I try to cook healthy and I love to cook, but I don’t like something about cooking that it takes a long time to cook and to eat it not. ( hahaha) Well my friends I ask you to pray for me so that everything goes ok.

Enfermo - Sick

Hola me queridos amigos....esta vez no les tengo muy buenas noticias pero he estado enfermo con gripe, pero ahorita ya me siento bien. Estos dias ha hecho frio...y es raro porque supuestamente es el verano. Que cosas que ahora que vivo por mi cuenta me enforme porque antes no me enfermaba. Aqui es diferente porque en guatemala cuando uno se enferma puede ir a comprar la medicina a la farmacia pero aqui necesitas la receta del doctor para comprar medicina pero en mi caso no necesite hacer eso porque solo era gripe.

Manana voy a poner mas sobre lo que he estado haciendo en mi colegio. Dios me los bendiga.

Friends - Amigos

El fin de semana pasado me reuni con unos personas que fueron en mision a zacapa a construir una iglesia. Fue un gran placer haberlos conocido y ellos conocieron mi familia en zacapa.

El sabado pasado fue el 4 de Julio que es el dia de la Independencia de Los Estados Unidos, yo lo pase con mis nuevos amigos. Ellos fueron muy amable conmigo y saben lo primero que ellos me dijieron " amamos tu pais" y yo les pregunte porque y ellos me respodieron diciendo Tu gente es muy amigable, preciosa, calidad y muy amable. Ellos me dijieron que aprendienron muchas cosas en Guatemala. Talvez mas de alguno de ustedes han tenido la misma experiencia, Guatemala es un pais muy diferente a los Estados Unidos. Es muy lindo escuchar a ellos hablar sobre mi pais, ellos tienen un gran corazon y pues con deseos de servir a Dios en Guatemala.

Yo admiro muchos de estas personas porque dejan su familia por un tiempo para ir a un pais donde nunca han estado, todo esto es obra de Dios y le doy gracias a Dios por ellos porque son bendiciones para Guatemala.

Los quiero mucho amigos y gracias por leer.

The last weekend I met up with some people who went in mission to Zacapa to build a church. It was awesome to have met them and they met my family in Zacapa.

The last Saturday was the 4th of July which is the Independence Day, I had it with my new friends. They were so nice to me, the first thing they told me was “We love your country” and I asked them Why? They told me because they are friendly, awesome, cool and very kind. They told me that they learned a lot of things of Guatemala. Maybe more than one of you guys have had the same experience; Guatemala is very different than USA. It’s cool to listen to them to talk about my country; they have a big heart with yearnings to serve God in Guatemala.

I admire many people like them, because they leave their family for a while in order to go a country where they never have been there, every it’s the willing of God and I thank God for them because they are blessings to Guatemala.

Vancouver's Church Party - La fiesta de la Iglesia de Vancouver

Hola amigos...mas de una semana no habia podido escribir pero hoy si pude. Hace dos domingos pasados hubo una fiesta de parte de mi iglesia. La fiesta fue para los de la Iglesia Dominical, fue muy divertido ver a los ninos divertirse. La fiesta fue en Vancouver, WA en la casa de un hermano de la iglesia.

Como ustedes talvez sabran que aqui ahorita es el verano pues en la fiesta tuvieron un picina para nadar...ahorita es la unica temporada que se puede nadar porque en el invierno hace mucho frio. Conoci nuevas personas que son familia de mis amigos de la iglesia, los padres de los ninos estuvieron platicando mientras que los ninos divertiendose.

Gracias amigos por estar al tango!! Sigue viendo mas sobre lo que he estado haciendo.

Hi my friends..for more than a week I haven't been able to write but today i could. Two sundays ago there was a party from my church. The party was for the people of Sunday School, it was fun to see the kids having fun. The party took place in Vancouver WA in a house of one of the members of the church.

As you might know that right now here it's summer so in the party they had a pool to swim.. right now is the only time of the year when one can swim because in the winter it is too cold. I knew some people who are family of some of my friends' church, the parents were chatting while the kids were having fun.
